GLUTEN FREE PIZZA - AN OVERVIEW

I am producing pizza for a bunch of thirty+ men and women and I understand that at the least one of these can't have gluten so I had planned on producing 2 or 3 gluten free crusts. They are going to all be made in a Wooden fired oven where by cooking situations are a lot less than three minutes And that i haven't been capable of finding a GF recipe
